Deposit: € 1000 (Refundable on Request). Deposits cannot be used to pay for goods purchased this will be refunded once you have finished your collection.
Buyers Premium: A lot sold at €5,000 or under, is subject to a 15% auctioneer’s commission on the first € 5,000 and 10% on the balance plus VAT per lot. Some Lots will be 20% Commission plus Sundry Fee this will be identified on the particular Lot. All Charges are plus 23% VAT. All Lots are plus VAT @23% unless stated otherwise as Standard No VAT. Minimum Buyers Premium € 10 plus VAT @23% per Lot unless otherwise stated.

Payments & Collection Terms & Conditions
ONLINE PAYTMENT ONLY - Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.
All assets must be Paid for in Full by Friday 29th November by 5pm - No Exceptions or € 10 plus VAT per asset, per day Late fees will be added to your invoice.
This Auction is strictly a Collection by Appointment Only Auction. This appointment must be booked 48 hours in advance of collection. Collections start Thursday 28th November from 10am - 3pm Daily (Excluding Saturday/Sunday) until Thursday 5th December or €50 plus VAT per asset, per day storage fee will apply. All assets must be removed by Friday 13th December or they will be deemed abandoned, resold & the purchaser's deposit forfeited if not removed by Friday 13th December by 5pm.
The onus is solely on the purchaser for collections - Please make sure you have the correct loading equipment with you there is no lifting equipment onsite. Purchasers are responsible for the Dismantling, Loading and Securing of all Purchased Items. No Assistance and/or manpower and/or Tools available onsite. Please ensure Full PPE must also be worn for the collections no attendance onsite for anyone not complying with our Health & Safety procedure. No Under 18's onsite for Viewings or Collections.
Courier Services
Please note if you are having your goods collected by a 3rd party courier service who require the goods to be wrapped and secured for transport prior to their collection please have this arranged, Wilsons Auctions staff will not prepare items for transport.
