Deposit & Buyers Premium Terms & Conditions

• Deposit: €1000 (Refundable on Request). A further 10% deposit of Invoice total is required at the fall of the hammer. A member of staff will be in contact post-sale to take this deposit.
• Buyers Premium: All Lots are subject to 20% Buyer Premium plus VAT @23% on the Buyers Premium. Minimum Buyers premium of € 10 plus VAT @23% per Lot. Unless stated otherwise. Please note there is No VAT to be charged on a Watch.

Payments & Collection Terms & Conditions

• ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY - Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.
• This Auction is strictly a Collection by Appointment Only Auction as these assets are not held onsite but all collections will be from Wilsons Auctions Dublin.
• All assets must be Paid for in Full by Friday 4th October by 5pm - No Exceptions or €50 plus VAT per asset, per day Late Fee’s will be added to your invoice.
• This is Strictly Collection Only Auction. Wilsons Auction will facilitate Courier collections. In relation to wrapping and securing assets the onus is on the customer or courier to provide this service.

Courier Services

• All items purchased must be Collected Strictly by Appointment Only
• This Collection must be booked 48 Hours in advance. Items must be removed by 4th October by 5pm or €100 plus VAT per asset, per day Storage Charge will be added to your invoice. If a Lot is not collected by Friday 11th September all monies paid will be forfeited and Wilsons Auctions will sell to recoup any storage fees incurred.
