• Deposit: €500 (Refundable on Request). Deposits cannot be used to pay for goods purchased this will be refunded once you have finished your collection. 
• Buyers Premium:  All lots are plus 23% VAT and are subject to 25% Buyer Premium plus VAT @23% on the Buyer Premium. Minimum Buyer Premium € 5 plus VAT @23% per Lot unless stated otherwise. 
• All Electrical items are sold untested

Payments & Collection Terms & Conditions

• ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY - Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.
• This Auction is strictly a Collection by Appointment Only Auction.
• All assets must be Paid for in Full by Wednesday 9th October by 5pm - No Exceptions or €50 plus VAT per asset, per day Late Fee’s will be added to your invoice. 
• Collections Are Strictly Thursday 10th October, Friday 11th October & Monday 14th October from 10am - 4pm. Assets must be removed by Monday 14th October or Late Collection fees of €100 per asset, per day will be applied to your invoice. 
• Items not removed from the premises by Wednesday 16th October 5pm will be deemed abandoned, resold & the purchaser's deposit or monies paid forfeited against any cost Wilsons Auctions occurs. Please do not bid if you cannot collect within these collection dates.

The onus is solely on the purchaser for collections - Please make sure you have the correct loading equipment with you there is no lifting equipment onsite. Purchasers are responsible for the dismantling, loading and securing of all purchased items. No assistance and/or man power and/or tools available onsite. Removal of all assets is solely on the Purchaser. 

Courier Services

Please note if you are having your goods collected by a 3rd party courier service who require the goods to be wrapped and secured for transport prior to their collection please have this arranged, Wilsons Auctions staff will not prepare items for transport.
