Payments & Collection Terms & Conditions

• ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY - Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.
• This Auction is strictly a Collection by Appointment Only Auction.
• All assets must be Paid for in Full by Tuesday 22nd October by 5pm - No Exceptions or € 50 plus VAT per asset, per day Late Fee’s will be added to your invoice. 
• Collections are Wednesday 23rd October - Thursday 24th October from 10am - 4pm - Strictly by Appointment Only. 
• Items not removed from the premises by Thursday 24th October 4pm will be deemed abandoned, resold & the purchaser's deposit or monies paid forfeited against any cost Wilsons Auctions occurs or Transported to Dublin at a cost to the buyer. Please do not bid if you cannot collect within these collection dates as there will be no further dates provided for collections.
• Risk Assessment, Method Statement & Insurance Is Required Before Collecting. Please Do Not Bid If You Can Not Supply The Relevant Paperwork
• The onus is solely on the purchaser for collections - Purchasers are responsible for the Dismantling, Loading and Securing of all Purchased Items. There is no Lifting Equipment onsite.
