• Deposit: €1000 (Refundable on Request).
• Buyers Premium: There Is No VAT On The Tractors,Each Lot is subject to 10% Buyer Premium plus VAT @23% on the Buyer Premium. Minimum Buyer Premium €50 plus VAT @23%.

Payments & Collection Terms & Conditions

• ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY - Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.
• This Auction is strictly a Collection by Appointment Only Auction.
• All assets must be Paid for in Full by Wednesday 13th November by 5pm - No Exceptions or €50 plus VAT per asset, per day Late Fee’s will be added to your invoice. 
• Collections are  - Friday 15th November - Strictly by Appointment Only 9am-4pm
• Items not removed from the premises by Friday 15th November 4pm will be deemed abandoned, resold & the purchaser's deposit or monies paid forfeited against any cost Wilsons Auctions occurs or Transported to Dublin at a cost to the buyer. Please do not bid if you cannot collect within these collection dates as there will be no further dates provided for collections.
• The onus is solely on the purchaser for collections - Purchasers are responsible for the Dismantling, Loading and Securing of all Purchased Items. There is no Lifting Equipment onsite.
