Deposit & Buyers Premium Terms & Conditions

• Deposit: € 500 (Refundable on Request). Deposits cannot be used to pay for goods purchased this will be refunded once you have finished your collection. 
• Buyers Premium: All lots are plus VAT and subject to 20% Buyer Premium plus VAT @23% on the Buyers Premium. Minimum Buyers Premium € 7 plus VAT @23% per Lot unless stated otherwise.

Payments & Collection Terms & Conditions

• ONLINE PAYTMENT ONLY - Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.
• This Auction is strictly a Collection by Appointment Only Auction.
• All assets must be Paid for in Full by Tuesday 19th November by 5pm - No Exceptions or € 10 plus VAT per asset, per day Late Fee’s will be added to your invoice. 
• Collections are strictly Wednesday 20th November by pre-booked appointment only. There will be no more dates available for collections after this date. Please do not bid if you cannot collect within these times.
• The onus is solely on the purchaser for collection -Please make sure you have the correct loading equipment with you as there is no loading equipment onsite. Purchasers are responsible for loading and Securing of all Purchased Items. No Assistance and/or manpower and/or tools available onsite.
