- All vouchers are deemed to be in date, to have the face value stated in the catalogue and are sold subject to the original retailer's terms and conditions.
- where no expiry date is stated on the voucher, the original retailer's terms of use will prevail
- the total value of each lot can be made up of a number of gift cards and vouchers
***Purchasers are encouraged to check the balance and expiry of the vouchers they have purchased and to notify the auctioneers of any queries or discrepancies within 10 days of the auction. The auctioneers will not accept liability for any balance or expiry discrepancies that are not raised within this time period***
In the unlikely event that there is a discrepancy, a refund will be given once proof has been provided to and confirmed by the auctioneer. Statements for all gift cards can be obtained from all major retailers and will be used alongside the auctioneers' photographic record to reconcile any discrepancies as the arise. you will also be required to return the cards to the auctioneer.
COLLECTION/DELIVERY GUIDELINES
- Online payment only; Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.
- Items must be collected within 72 hours; uncollected items will be re-allocated to auction with no refund given.
- Wilsons Auctions will facilitate courier collections and can provide postage for Gift Cards at a cost of £5 per envelope.
- You will be notified when your items are packed and ready for courier collection. Please allow more than 48 hours after the auction has ended. Early courier arrivals will be refused.
