Deposit & Buyers Premium Terms & Conditions

• Deposit: €200 (Refundable on Request). Deposits cannot be used to pay for goods purchased this will be refunded once you have finished your collection. 
• Buyers Premium: All Lots are plus VAT @23% and all Lots are subject to 25% Buyer Premium plus VAT @23% on the Buyer Premium. Minimum Buyer Premium €5 plus VAT @23% per Lot unless stated otherwise.

Payments & Collection Terms & Conditions

• ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY - Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.
• This Auction is strictly a Collection by Appointment Only Auction.
• All assets must be Paid for in Full by Friday 15th November by 5pm - No Exceptions or € 50 plus VAT per asset, per day Late Fee’s will be added to your invoice. 
• Collections are Strictly Monday 18th & Tuesday 19th November from 10am - 4pm - Strictly by Appointment Only. 
• Items not removed from the premises by Tuesday 19th November 4pm will be deemed abandoned, resold & the purchaser's deposit or monies paid forfeited against any cost Wilsons Auctions occurs or Transported to Dublin at a cost to the buyer. Please do not bid if you cannot collect within these collection dates as there will be no further dates provided for collections.
• Wilsons Auctions will facilitate Customer Courier Collections for delivery if you require goods wrapped and secured for transport this must be provided by the Customer. 
• The onus is solely on the purchaser for collections - Purchasers are responsible for the Dismantling, Loading and Securing of all Purchased Items. There is no Lifting Equipment onsite.
